 Messaging policy

Virtual TAS offers an SMS messaging service. Users can subscribe to our notifications services by completing the form located at https://www.VirtualTAS.com/sms-opt-in/ You may choose to opt-in to our SMS messaging service at your own discretion, and you may opt-out at any time. We will communicate with you via SMS for the sole purpose of sending telephone messages taken by live operators on our system. We do NOT ever send promotional or advertisement messages from our system.

Participating carriers include AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, UScellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply. The number of messages you will receive from our system on a daily basis will vary and is directly related to the number of phone calls and phone messages you receive on your account. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

You can cancel your SMS service at any time. To cancel, reply to any message with the word “STOP“. We will respond with a single SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To subscribe to SMS service again, you must reply with the word “START“.

You may, at any time, reply to any message sent from our system with the word “HELP” for a brief help message. We will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
