Refund Policy

Refund policy for services:

Generally our company provides services rather than products that you can hold in your hand. The services provided normally require extensive time and work on our part. Once we have spent the time or provided the service there is really no way for us to take it back to recoup the loss of providing a refund. We do not provide refunds for setup fees or services already rendered unless specifically stated in a written agreement provided at the time of purchasing the service.

Refund policy for products:

At this time the only product we sell are VoIP telephone. We can offer a full refund for VoIP telephones, if phones are in the same condition as originally shipped with no scratches or damage to the phone or accessories. A refund must be requested in writing by submitting the request to our help desk or via email within 30 days of customer first receiving them and we must acknowledge that we have received your request. Handsets will be inspected and must be in good working order with no visible damage or blemishes. If the phone can’t be resold as new then we will provide a refund for less than the full amount depending on the damage or refuse the refund entirely depending on the extent of the damage. Once handsets are received and inspected, we will issue a refund check via US Postal first class mail within 10 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our Texas based address which can be provided as the refund is processed.

VoIP telephone handsets that are defective will be exchanged for a new or refurbished item in working order any time within 90 days of original purchase date. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our Texas based address which can be provided at the time of the exchange.
