Complete the form below to initiate the number porting process. Please do not submit this form unless you have already discussed porting your numbers to our service.

I understand that the porting process normally takes 2-4 weeks but can take longer and is entirely dependent on your existing phone provider releasing your number/s. Firestream Cloud Solutions Inc has no control over how long it takes for your existing provider takes to release your number/s. All providing inaccurate or partial information on this form will almost always result in the port order being rejected by your existing provider. A rejection will result in us having to re-submit the port again which starts the waiting period over again and results in the required payment of porting fees again. Porting fees are quoted by Firestream separately as part of the porting process. I understand that I should NOT cancel my phone numbers listed on this port or make any changes to my existing telephone account while this port order is pending. Any changes to your existing account will in most cases cause your existing provider to cancel this port order and we will be required to start over and re-submit. If you cancel your existing phone numbers with your existing provider before we let you know the port order is 100% complete you will lose your numbers and may not be able to get them back from your existing carrier.
