Virtual TAS adds call follow up feature and easier viewing of customer messages in the Operator Panel.
Virtual TAS’s Cloud Based Answering Service Software Platform now offers operators easier access to customer messages from the main screen. Operators can now add follow up notes to messages already sent to their customers. This allows answering services and call centers that offer dispatching type services (towing, limo, repair service companies etc) the ability to add follow up notes to make certain that calls are handled to completion.
