Refund Policy

Refund policy for services:

Generally our company provides services rather than products that you can hold in your hand. The services provided normally require extensive time and work on our part. Once we have spent the time or provided the service there is really no way for us to take it back to recoup the loss of providing a refund. We do not provide refunds for setup fees or services already rendered unless specifically stated in a written agreement provided at the time of purchasing the service.

Refund policy for products:

At this time the only product we sell are VoIP telephone handsets. Our handsets are included in the cost of the VirtualTAS service and not sold separately. We can offer a refund for VoIP Handsets only at a rate of $90/ea if handsets are in the same condition as originally shipped. A refund must be requested in writing via fax to (210) 519-3131 within 7 days of customer first receiving them. We must receive the handsets within 7 days of the written refund request. Handsets will be inspected and must be in good working order with no visible damage. Once handsets are received and inspected, we will issue a refund check to the address via US Postal first class mail within 10 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping to 13423 Blanco Rd #163, San Antonio, TX 78216.

VoIP telephone handsets that are defective will be exchanged for a new or refurbished item any time within 90 days of original purchase date. Customer is responsible for return shipping to 13423 Blanco Rd #163, San Antonio, TX 78216 and Firestream will cover shipping the new or refurbished unit to the customer.
